New XXL heavy duty guillotine for all jumbo flatbed printers!
Rossum 15 march 2010: Inpro is now launching its latest new range of heavy duty wide format guillotines, especially designed for XXL-screen printers, digital wide format flatbed - and XXL offset printers, in order to save 40% cutting efficiency.Inpro’s hydraulic Jumbo guillotine is available now in cutting-lengths 190 to 530 centimeters.Next to that Inpro supplies hydraulic side-tables, so one operator can easily handle and cut the materials.
The Inpro Jumbo XXL guillotine-range is designed as a highly effective tool for the XXL-screenprinters and XXL flatbed inkjetprinting companies producing on printsystems like Onset S20, Agfa Thieme M-Press, HP7500 and similar printing equipment from Durst and others. Such printing systems apply materializes with diagonal formats of about 357 centimetres.To cut such materials to net Jumbo-formats means that piles have to be turned on the back tables of a too narrow guillotine.In order to avoid inefficiency and damage of printed material in case of a too narrow guillotine, tricks like double folding the printed materials, are no proper solutions and will bring high risks and costs.Also printing companies experience more and more that an eventual outsourced cutting process is not a reliable solution. It will disturb the logistic throughput of the production process at cost of loosing leadtime.Now Inpro’s latest range of hydraulic Jumbo guillotines are available in an undisputable attractive price/performance setting. • The Inpro hydraulic Jumbo Guillotine-range responds to the highest CE and EN1010 world wide safety regulations for operating such large knife guillotines (easy knife changing, operator-unwell safety, safety pin, all moving parts covered with fencings etc.
• Due to the full hydraulic knife-power and pressure beam there is no damage-risk for the soft materials like corrugated and corex. Next to that it gives more flexibility in cutting a wider range of harder-plastics.
• There is a special double angle power knife for cutting stacks of synthetic materials, carton board and some metalized materials.
